Useful tips for a respectful visit to the Reserve

In addition to the official regulations, there are some best practices we encourage you to follow during your visit. These are not legal requirements, but simple, common-sense actions that help keep this environment healthy, clean, and welcoming for all people, plants, and animals.
1) Stay on marked trails: walking off the beaten track can damage rare plants, hidden nests, or fragile soil.
2) Limit your bicycle speed and stay on the main trail.
3) Don't pick flowers, plants, or mushrooms: even if they seem abundant, they are part of the ecosystem's balance.
4) Speak softly: silence is nature's ally. Avoid shouting, loud music, or making noise.
5) Don't litter: always take your waste home, even small items like tissues, paper, and cigarette butts. Nature is not a trash can.
6) Keep your distance from wildlife: observe with respect, without attempting to touch or approach animals.
7) Watch your step: in some seasons, foliage or tall grass may contain nests, small mammals, or harmless reptiles.
8) Only ride a bike where permitted: in many sections, it's best to proceed on foot to avoid disturbing the wildlife.
9) If you're with children or school groups, turn them into attentive explorers: a visit to the reserve can be a valuable educational opportunity!
10) Avoid organizing a visit with a large number of people.
